Yesterday saw me take another step forward in my plan. I visited the local Citizens Advice bureau to get help with the legal action I'm taking. I didn't actually learn anything new, other than the fact I will need to take out an enforcement order. Normally this would cost a further £200 as was my gripe, but it's possible I may be able to get the fees waived. It does though mean loads more form filling but if it gets me my money back - which I consider as stolen - then that's a good thing.
I also completed my application to the bank for a PCDL (Professional Careers Development Loan). I had to visit my training provider who are in Peterborough to get them to stamp my form. Having filled in the rest, it's now on its way in the post so I'm hopeful I'll hear back from them soon. There is of course the very real chance they will reject my request, in which case I do have a contingency plan. Full of plans me!
So now I do what I'm good at - waiting. It does though make me feel I'm a little closer to my goal...
The thoughts, ramblings and musings of a 'man with a plan' to change his life from one of a high paid professional to something completely different... I write about my struggle to achieve this and my work with those affected by anxiety & depression
