My first (baby) pepper

I've been trying to grow chilli peppers since the Spring and despite the plants growing well with strong stems and flowers, I've seen no sign of a single pepper. That was until this week when my wife pointed out to me that a tiny pepper had appeared on one of the plants.

I don't know how much bigger it will become, though from experience of my watermelon project, I'm not expecting anything much! I'll keep a close eye on it and report back in a few weeks...
